He graduated from Hacettepe University Medical Faculty in 1977 and completed his specialization in 1983. With a career spanning internationally, he has gained recognition for his excellence in achieving outstanding natural results in aesthetic surgery.

Prof. Gurhan has held esteemed positions, including Professor and Founder of the Department of Plastic Surgery at Baskent University. He has also been a prominent figure in multiple international associations, earning certifications such as the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS).
