We coordinate travel, accommodation, interpretation, and in-city logistics, while every clinical decision is made independently by the partner surgeon at their own practice.

You can request a free online consultation through our contact form. After you tell us about your area of interest, we introduce you to a relevant independent partner surgeon in Istanbul. The surgeon then arranges a video or written consultation directly with you. All clinical questions, diagnoses, and treatment planning are handled by the surgeon, not by Luna Clinic Medical Travel Services.

Only the surgeon you consult can answer this question. It depends on your medical history, your current health, your goals and the procedure you are considering. We first connect you with a suitable independent partner surgeon. The surgeon then reviews your case in a consultation and tells you honestly whether surgery is right for you. Keeping expectations realistic and following the surgeon’s recommendations is essential to a good outcome.

Yes. Once you decide to travel, our team guides you on booking your flight and arranges your stay in Istanbul. We also arrange transfers between the airport, your hotel and the surgeon’s clinic or partner hospital. We work to make the travel side of your journey as smooth as possible so you can focus on your treatment and recovery.

Every independent partner surgeon we work with is board-certified in their specialty and licensed to practise in Turkey. Most are also members of international professional societies in their field (such as ISAPS, IFSO, ESPRAS, AAO-HNS, and others, depending on specialty). Partner surgeons operate at their own private practices and at contracted hospitals in Istanbul. Many of these facilities hold accreditations from the Turkish Ministry of Health, JCI (Joint Commission International), or ISO certifications. The specific accreditation depends on the facility where your chosen surgeon performs procedures, and this information is provided during your consultation.

Sometimes yes, but only if it is medically safe for you. Combining procedures can save time and travel costs. But the decision must come from your surgeon. It depends on your overall health, the procedures involved and the recovery time each one needs. We can coordinate the logistics of a longer stay if multiple procedures are approved, but the clinical decision belongs to the surgeon.

Revision surgery may be an option, depending on your case. Several of our independent partner surgeons have experience with revision rhinoplasty and revision plastic surgery. They also carry out corrective surgery when an earlier operation elsewhere did not go as hoped. In a consultation, the surgeon will assess your case honestly. They will tell you whether a revision is realistic and what results you can reasonably expect.

Stay duration depends entirely on the procedure. Hair transplant patients usually stay 3 to 4 days. Rhinoplasty patients usually stay 7 to 10 days, until the cast comes off. Dental stays depend on the treatment plan, and weight loss surgery usually needs about 7 to 10 days. After your consultation, the surgeon and our coordination team will give you a clear recommended stay length based on your specific procedure.

Treatment costs are set independently by each partner surgeon and depend on the procedure, complexity, and surgical facility. Luna Clinic Medical Travel Services does not set medical fees. After your consultation, the surgeon gives you a treatment quote directly. We give you separate, clear prices for the travel, hotel and transfer services we arrange. There are no hidden fees on our side.

Our coordination team communicates with patients in English. Many of our independent partner surgeons consult directly in English, and several speak additional languages including German, French, Russian, Arabic, and Kyrgyz. Where direct multilingual consultation is not available, we provide professional interpretation support so that nothing important is lost between you and your surgeon.

As with any surgical procedure, anywhere in the world, every surgery carries risks. After-care continues after your return. Your partner surgeon typically provides follow-up support through video consultations, WhatsApp, or email, depending on their practice. Our coordination team also remains available to help with any travel-related follow-up needs. For routine check-ups closer to home, your surgeon can tell you what to look out for. They may also suggest working with a local doctor.

No, and any company that does is not being honest with you. Surgery outcomes depend on many factors including patient anatomy, healing response, and adherence to post-operative care. Our independent partner surgeons bring their skill, training and professional standards to every case. But they cannot guarantee specific results, and neither can we. What we can promise is honest communication, qualified surgeons, and full coordination support throughout your journey.
