Many of our partner surgeons consult in English, and several speak additional languages including German, French, Russian, Arabic and Kyrgyz. Where direct multilingual consultation is not available, we provide interpretation support so that nothing important is lost between you and your surgeon. It is important to be clear about what our team does and does not do. Luna is not a clinic and we do not perform surgery. We do not employ the partner surgeons or make any clinical decisions. Our team coordinates the travel side of your journey: flight guidance, hotel accommodation, airport and clinic transfers, interpretation and day-to-day communication with your surgeon. The medical care, from your consultation and suitability assessment through to the procedure and aftercare, stays entirely with your independent partner surgeon at their own accredited facility.

Where our team ends and your surgeon begins

When you enquire, a coordinator learns what you are looking for and introduces you to the right independent partner surgeon in Istanbul. From that point, your surgeon assesses your case, decides whether a procedure is appropriate, chooses the technique, sets the recommended length of stay and takes responsibility for your clinical care and outcome. Our team never advises on any of this, and no outcome is ever guaranteed. Individual results vary from person to person.
What our team does, in parallel, is make the rest of the journey effortless. We arrange your accommodation and transfers, provide interpretation where you need it, keep communication flowing between you and your surgeon, and stay reachable throughout your stay.
