Welcome to Luna Clinic Medical Travel Services. We are a medical travel coordination company based in Istanbul, Turkey, helping international patients organise surgical treatment in one of Europe’s leading destinations for medical travel.

We are not a clinic, hospital, or healthcare provider. We do not perform consultations or surgical procedures. What we do is connect international patients with a network of independent partner surgeons in Istanbul, and take care of every part of the journey that happens outside the consultation room.

What We Do

Our role is to make medical travel to Istanbul straightforward, transparent, and well-organised. For each patient who reaches out, we coordinate:

• Introduction to relevant independent partner surgeons based on the patient’s area of interest
• Scheduling of consultations and surgical appointments at the surgeon’s own clinic or contracted hospital
• Airport transfers, accommodation, and in-city transportation in Istanbul
• Interpretation and language support before, during, and after the stay
• Day-to-day logistical assistance throughout the visit

All medical aspects of treatment, including consultation, diagnosis, surgical planning, the procedure itself, and post-operative care, are carried out independently by the partner surgeon at their own clinical setting. Luna Clinic Medical Travel Services has no role in clinical decision-making.

Our Partner Surgeons

We work with independent partner surgeons in Istanbul through professional cooperation agreements. Each surgeon practises at their own private clinic or contracted hospital, holds their own credentials and society memberships, and is fully responsible for their own clinical decisions and outcomes.

Our network covers a range of specialties, including rhinoplasty, plastic and reconstructive surgery, bariatric and metabolic surgery, ENT, ophthalmology, hair restoration, dentistry, and orthopedics. Care, Communication, and Respect

We are proud to support patients from all over the world. Regardless of nationality, language, background, or treatment area, every patient we work with is treated with respect, professionalism, and a commitment to clear communication.

Many of our partner surgeons consult in English, and several speak additional languages including German, French, Russian, Arabic, and others. Where direct multilingual consultation is not available, we provide interpretation support so that nothing important gets lost between the patient and their surgeon.

For us, the strongest indicator of a job well done is when a patient tells someone thousands of kilometres away about their experience travelling to Istanbul with Luna Clinic Medical Travel Services as their coordinator.

Our Standards

As a coordination service, we hold ourselves to clear operational standards:

• Transparency. We are honest about what we do and do not do. We are a coordination service, not a clinical provider, and we never present ourselves otherwise.
• Respect for clinical independence. All medical decisions belong to the surgeon and the patient. We do not influence treatment planning or interfere in clinical care.
• Verifiable information. We provide accurate details about our partner surgeons, including links to their official websites, professional memberships, and publication records, so patients can verify credentials independently.
• Patient privacy. Patient information is handled confidentially and shared only with the relevant partner surgeon and supporting service providers.
