Dr. Hacer started her medical education at Istanbul University Cerrahpasa Faculty of Medicine in 1982 and completed her degree in 1988 and received the title of doctor. Between 1991 and 1996, she completed her specialization in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of Istanbul University Cerrahpasa Faculty of Medicine and became a Gynecology and Obstetrics Specialist.

Dr. Hacer joined the team at the Luna Clinic, where she continues to serve today. With 28 years of experience in Gynecology and Obstetrics and a record of national achievements, she warmly welcomes patients at the Luna Clinic.
