Doç. Dr. Yalçın Bayram is an Associate Professor of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery with more than two decades of clinical, surgical, and academic experience. He completed his medical education at Gülhane Military Medical Academy (GATA), Faculty of Military Medicine, and his Plastic Surgery specialty at the GATA Plastic Surgery Clinic, qualifying as a specialist in 2002.

His career has bridged academic and clinical practice, including service in Bursa and Erzurum military medical centres, and a return to GATA Plastic Surgery Clinic as a faculty member in 2013, the same year he earned the Associate Professor (Doçent) title. After retiring from GATA in 2016, he has continued his career in private practice, with his current clinic located in the Nişantaşı district of Şişli, Istanbul, where he sees both Turkish and international patients.

His clinic holds the International Health Tourism Authorization Certificate issued by the Turkish Ministry of Health, in compliance with the Regulation on International Health Tourism and Tourist Health.

Doç. Dr. Bayram has also contributed to additional peer-reviewed publications on the effect of in vivo created vascularised neurotube on peripheric nerve regeneration, skin-reducing subcutaneous mastectomy with dermal barrier flap for immediate breast reconstruction (Aesthetic Plastic Surgery), use of fibrovascular tube in creation of neo-urethra during penile reconstruction (Journal of Pediatric Urology), and oculoauriculofrontonasal dysplasia syndrome (Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Journal).

He continues to participate in national and international plastic surgery congresses and contributes to ongoing scientific research within his specialty.
