About Dr. Handan
Dr. Handan, MD, was born on 25 May 1989 in Antalya, Turkey. After completing her primary and secondary education in Antalya, she graduated as the top student from Antalya Anatolian High School in 2007. She then pursued her medical education at Akdeniz University Faculty of Medicine, where she excelled academically and again earned the distinction of top student.
In 2011 she broadened her medical training by studying her fourth year of medical school at RWTH Aachen University in Germany, completing her medical degree in 2013. After fulfilling her mandatory government service at Bitlis Tatvan State Hospital, she began her residency in Ear, Nose, Throat and Head and Neck Surgery at Antalya Research and Training Hospital in 2014. Driven by a passion for aesthetic procedures, she transitioned to the Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Department at the same hospital in 2016, and also worked as an observer at Lavender Clinic in Vietnam, gaining valuable experience in eyelid and nose surgeries.
Since 2023 she has practised at her private clinic in Antalya, Turkey. Dr. Handan is known for her expertise in rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, facelift, breast surgery, and body contouring, and she is fluent in both English and Turkish.
