What Luna is

Luna is a medical travel coordination company. It is not a clinic, a hospital or a healthcare provider. Luna does not diagnose, does not prescribe, does not perform medical or dental procedures, does not employ the clinicians introduced through this site, and does not own or operate the facilities where treatment takes place.

Independent partner surgeons and dentists practise at their own clinics and hospitals, make all clinical decisions, and are responsible for their own advice, treatment and outcomes. Luna coordinates the non-clinical side of the journey.

The content here is information, not medical advice

Everything on this site about treatments, techniques, recovery, suitability, risks and prices is general information. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment recommendation, and not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified clinician who has assessed you personally.

Never delay seeking medical advice because of something you read here. Never stop or change a prescribed medicine because of anything on this site. Only the healthcare professional who prescribed it can tell you to do that.

Prices, comparisons and estimates

Prices shown on this site are indicative starting prices, quoted in euro by independent partner clinicians, and they may change. The comparison figures we show for other countries are typical private-sector ranges, converted to euro at a stated exchange rate on a stated date. They are illustrative. They are not an offer, not a quotation, and not a promise of a saving.

Your actual price is set by your clinician after they have assessed you, and by Luna for the travel coordination. Both are quoted to you separately and in writing before you commit to anything.

Nothing here is a contract

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. If you decide to proceed after an enquiry, Luna will send you a written quotation, and any booking is made on the terms agreed with you at that point and on the clinician’s own terms.

No guarantee of outcome

Every surgical and dental procedure carries risk, and results vary between individuals. Nothing on this site is a guarantee, a warranty or a promise of any particular medical result, and no before and after image should be read as a prediction of your own result.

Reviews published on this site are collected and verified according to our Reviews and Comments Policy. They describe one person’s experience. They are not a prediction of yours.

Links to other websites

We link to external organisations, professional bodies and health services because they are useful. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, design, logo and photographs on this site belong to Luna or to our licensors. You may read, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other copying, republication or commercial use requires our written permission.

Subject to that, Luna is responsible for providing its coordination services with reasonable care and skill. Luna is not responsible for the clinical assessment, the clinical decisions, the treatment, the aftercare or the outcome of an independent partner clinician, because Luna does not provide healthcare.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live, and nothing in these terms takes away a right you have under those rules.
