5. Using the UV or LED light

To accelerate the teeth whitening process, your dentist will make use of an ultraviolet or led light while the gel is still pasted on your teeth. 

6. Checking up the teeth

As your dentist will apply gel to your teeth, he/she will also be checking to see the number of applications you need. In some instances, patients require three or more gel applications.

7. After applying the last gel

Once the last gel has been pasted, your dentist will remove the cheek retractor. He/she will move on to wash your mouth and measure the color difference carefully.
